I just recently tried to download Chime bank app, and I it said I already had an account. Apparently I tried about a year and a half ago, and something failed. I believe it's because I had a security freeze on my credit reports. I called and they said there's NOTHING they can do, and that they can't even remove my information from their system. Pretty sad that I want to be a customer and create an account, and their system is completely flawed. I'll be sending a demand letter to remove my information from their system, or I'm filing suit.
