I have only used this card for my direct deposit for the past two weeks, and thus far, there has been a problem each week. The customer service department is VERY unprofessional!!! What bank card service makes the customer call a merchant on 3-way to resolve their own issue? Chime does!!! What bank card service doesn't have supervisors? Chime! What bank card service is unable to protect their customers money? Chime! 

Two weeks I went out to dinner and I provided my card and they came back and stated that my card had declined. I proceeded to pay in cash to resolve the bill, however, when I checked my transactions online they had the dinner amount as a "pending charge". When I called Chime and explained this to them, they said they had to put me on a 3-way call with the resturant to have them pull-up the transaction to get the go ahead from them that the charge didn't go through on their end before they would consider giving me my money back. All of the abouve mentioned steps were taken and the resturant said their would not be any money taken off the card so Chime did, eventually release the pending charge back into my account.

This past Thursday, I made an ATM withdrawl and I checked my account blance today to find, that there was a duplicate charge on the transaction history, with the same ATM number location and for the same amount just minutes from each other. What made me notice it was the fact that I had two ATM fees, when I know I only went to the ATM once. I am still in the process of resolving this issue after getting the runaround all afternoon.

As far as direct deposit goes, my netspend direct deposit goes through quicker than this card so they aren't the fastest service.
