CHIME BANK kept fraudulently registering the Debit Card they sent me by mail and wouldn’t change my phone number.
This bank put me through four hours of face scans & Stste Drivers' License scans supposedly to authorize changing my phone number. And THEN, it didn't change my phone number at all, AFTER it said "it had done so" This online bank is a SCAM & should be shut down!!
