China House bad check Holly Hill florida
We are a customer of this establishment n have not experienced anything bad with their food until one night we decided to order some food. My husband n I ordered shrimp lomein n a dinner combo of chk n broccoli but no broccoli. The food was delivered n we first ate the shrimp lomein n fried rice from the chk n broccoli. My husband proceeded to eat the chk n immediately stopped n told me not to eat the chk. The chk was tough n could not break apart or even be cut.
My husband siad it did not taste like chk n was hard. That never happened before. He called them n they said to bring it back. With my husbands work schedule n me being disabled he couldnt get there until 2 days later. When he did they gave him a hard time n said he should have brought it back when he said he would n then said we ate some of the rice. Yes we did but at that point we didnt know bout the chk.
They said my husband complains all the time which is untrue n when he does he has a right to as a paying customer. Needless to say they did not make good on the purchase; did not refund our money either. Will never order from then again...too afraid that im not eating chk.
Im sure lots of ppl are aware when they order chinese they have to be careful of what they are eating....u never know with them. They were very nasty n rude....probably didnt like the idea that we called them out on their food when ppl were in there.....oh we ll ppl have a right to know what they are payng for n eating....
This resturant needs to be investigated especially to make sure they are truly using real chk n not some animal they killed out back....Please please let me know the end result.
