Ching Yin aka Christina Lynch collaborated with Bernard Lynch aka Bernie Lynch to scam others of their investment monies for bogus business leads. She alleged that she is a partner of U-Pac Products Inc. O/A Clear-All Products at 3-4424 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario with a 50 % equity in the said company. It is a B.S.!

She also falsified the invoices relating to equipment worth $50,000.00 that belongs to her which also had a false address.

The couple misappropriated my investment sum of $25,000.00 by depositing it into another companys account and converting the money into their own personal uses. Both are indeed scammers, fraudsters, con artists and pathological liars!

Ching Yin and Bernie Lynch advertised that they had an environmental friendly product which they called Clear-All. It has multi purpose uses; acts as a degreaser and odor eliminator. See their advertisement showing her son, Brian demonstrating their safe product. The Clear-All solution is their own formulated product.

There were various advertisements in the Toronto Star for a working partner. This is to package their product as there was a huge demand in the market. They promised good returns for the investment. It is totally B.S.! Bernard did nothing after getting my money and they both refused to refund the investment sum of $25K to me even though they had promised to do so.

Tens of thousands of dollars had already been ripped off by this couple of Niagara Falls and here are some of their victims. There could be more.

Rohan/Dillon of Mississauga;

Bukhari of Ajax;

Doug of London; Andy of St. Catharines; Myself

Bernard Lynch knew that no one would be able to recover any of their investment monies even though judgment had been entered against him. Reason is because he is receiving old age pension and no one could garnish his pension. This is why he kept advertising for a business partner. Hope the law catches up with both of them.

WARNING: there is a recent webpage by Bernard Lynch under clear-all.com using the same product with a different sticker/label "odor s & bugs". The sticker on the front bottle looks exactly the same as packaged by me when I was there. This is another of his new business scam. BEWARE of this couple from Niagara Falls.

I think the most difficult thing I've had to do in my 60 plus years in business, 20 plus years as a teacher, 15 plus years as a consultant and 40 plus years as an engineer, is to deal with Stanley Lim.  Stanley makes a ludicrous claim, and before I get to answer it, he has filed another claim, this time totally contradicting the last one.  Prior to these reports I received 11 others, two of them under oath and totally contradicting the last ones.  This time he claims that Christine alleged that she was a partner in U-Pac Products inc.  Lim was the man who claimed he was a lawyer in England prior to comming to Canada and he wrote the contract making Christine a 50% partner.  That was before he went to the bank and told them he owned 51% of the business.  As far as the invoices Christine didn't make up any invoices.  I made them up as per Lim's instructions.  First from Christine and second from Chemx.  He later wanted invoices from U-Pac products inc.  Next he says we misappropriated his investment?  The $25,000.00 he paid for 50% of the equipment should have gone into his account?  During the settlement conference Lim claimed I sold the compressor twice?  His paralegal nearly knocked him off his chair trying to get him to stop talking.  It has now been brought to my attention that Lim is telling people people that his representative is telling him to lie, because that's the only way he is going to win the case.
