Chino Aircraft Sales - California / Mr Robert Cullen Bob Cullen PURCHASED LIGHT AIRCRAFT from them thru Bob Cullen and paid thru money transfer but to date have not received my two aircrafts - were to be shipped to Nairobi-KENYA now more than 3 years to date Claremont California
Had seen an advert on Aircraft Shopper OnLine ( ASO ) about some light aircraft sales from Chino Aircraft Sales Inc and contacted them and we started correspondence with a Mr Bob Cullen .
We agreed on prices of a Cessna 152 and a Piper Tomahawk - who's Regn Nos i have and i paid thru Telegraphic Transfers over a period of time until i completed payments. i also paid for engine Overhaul and also bought some spares . He kept on telling me via e-mail that he was about to ship after i also paid for shipping but to date i am yet to receive the subjedt aircraft - and this is now over 3 years of waiting .
i tried to get the American Embassy here in KENYA to assist but the person they allocated me was always not availble and too slow to answer my mails . I used to call him on phone often and he would promise to ship or refund me money but this never happened - I called again recently and a lady picked up his phone and told me that Mr Cullen had passed away after Thanks Giving in 2017 - I did not believe her . At one time i also wrote to the FAA .
