Chinpc.net ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing no return calls El Monte California
I ordered 2 RAM memory and got product in 2 days time. I received product with low compatability for my computer. I called company and was to receive an upgrade as soon as I returned the defective product.
I have been waiting for over a week and when I've tried to call the number listed on web site, I found it was hooked up to a fax machine most of the time. I called once more and got an answering machine with a very short message time. I called again, and this time, I got in my name and phone number before it cut me off. I have not as yet received a call back.

After finally getting a human being to talk to we upgraded our ram memory and asked for heat sinks. We got back same inferior ram memory plus we got 4 pieces of metal cover with no pads for a mere $78 more. What a ripoff!!! Do not ever deal with these people!
