Our story is the same as others. We were contacted by fax from Chiroleads and Adam Berlin about telemarketing towards prospective patients. We had done other telemarketing in this fashion and had been successful in attracting patients to our clinic. Chiroleads was to be paid if someone initiated care. We had essentially paid for them to bring in 100 patients. Over the course of a month they sent in 6 patients.
I was able to be in email communication over this time and expressed concern that the leads were not coming in as often as expected. Adam Berlin assured me that they were still working on finding "best quality patients" for us. The leads stopped. I sent emails and didn't get a response. I called the phone numbers and they were disconnected. We had made our last payment shortly before the last prospective patient came in. This is a complete scam. Get a business to pay upfront, do minimal work until you're paid in full, and then cut off ties. It's as simple as that.
