Complaint Review: Chocolate Factory

Do not rent an apartment in this building if you own a car!!! There is limited street parking available but the complex offers rental parking spaces at 170.00 a month. I pay 170.00 a month to park in this "parking lot" which is nothing more than a slab of concrete with cars jammed packed into it which almost assures that everytime you leave your apartment you will be blocked in by another vehicle.

This situation is nothing short of a nightmare which has caused me to be late for work so many times that I am in danger of losing my job, my kids to be late for school and me being late to pick them up. The stress that this situation has caused me is just not worth the 1820.00 a month rent I pay in addition to the 170.00 a month for parking.
