In the excate location Ms Lowry lives in she is only allowed to have 6 cats total. It must be a total of 6 cats period, no "ifs""ands" or "buts" about it. The county in which she lives does not give cattery licenses or business licenses whatsoever.
Because Melanie Lowry can NOT get a business license or cattery permit this does not #1 protect the buyer/s #2 does not demand breeder be liable if kitten is sick or dies #3 does not make breeder accountable to USDA for cattery regulations by law. This is a lose, lose situation for any buyer who wants to purchase from this cattery.

Do you think if these buyers knew Lollimops bad breeding practices of using cats that produce FIP kittens, do you think they would have still purchased from her?
Lollimops claims she has been breeding for 30 years But how can this be? There is an article actually written by Ms Lowry stating she did not start breeding until 1990. But Ms Lowry is claming she has been breeding since 1977. 30 years is a long time and that is excately the number of cats 30 she had in a 2 bedroom summer bunglow. That is the reason her cats kept dieing of FIP. Do you think if her buyers actually knew she had 30 cats in cages they would still buy from her?
Ms Lowry is still breeding cats so if you see the registrations papers and it says Lollimops or CFA Cattery #, as cute as this kitten is we would recommend you not purchase from this breeder.
