Complaint Review: Captital Choice COnsumer Credit

I wont go into all the details of how I got to be suckered into this, the sad thing is that I was. Anyway here is some info that might help.


Call 1 800 262-4192, someone claiming to be a sandra guiterezz will answer the phone. Keep trying number is always busy on weekdays, you will reach a full mailbox on week-ends (no surprise there).

I advised sandra that I did not sign on for a merchandise card and wanted my a full refund and my account closed. SHe says no problem "return your entire package to us at the address listed and we will completely refund your money within 30 days of receipt." I reviewed the address just to be sure, she confirmed it. I told her based on their history of not being too honest I was sending it registered. SHe assured me someone will sign for it. I will enclose a letter to them CC to the Postmaster General, and the FBI.

I questioned her on the withdrawals several people had experienced from their accounts without permission and she assured me that that was a fluke in their system that was being corrected immediately (sure and can I get a side order of the brooklyn bridge with that pile of SH**)

I can assure you that the majority of the people being ripped off by the credit card companies do nothing, and thats why they keep springing up everywhere. Are you all ready to do something? If no one does nothing, we will be continued to be treated like nothing by the people who prey on the poor, minorites and immigrants.
