Choice Home Warranty, Choice Home Warranty Unacceptable Customer Service with excuses Edison New Jersey
On June 25 2018 my refrigerator went, called to submitt a claim, told me it would take5 to 7 days to get some one out to look at it, To make a very long story short, after 6 weeks, They offered me a cash buy out, Very low amount, $499.95 for a 5 1/2 year unit I paid over $1,200.00. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get them to act in sending me my check. stating they have 30 day to cut the check. So went without a refrigerator for 61/2 weeks befor they mailed my check. BEWARE!!!! a company with no values and morals when it comes to customer service and making you whole again.
