Choice properties in invited my mother and myself along with several people in the Chattanooga area to sticky fingers restaurant to hear about their timeshares. when we got there we were assigned to an agent and listen to how they in Association RCI was a better deal than what people already had with Wyndham. When we signed we only signed with the understanding that they would purchase the Wyndham property and other timeshares we would have less to pay in maintenance fees since our property was already paid for The three-day grace Period to decide if you want to keep them or not was a lie. After we cancel within the time. We check to make sure with the agent that we signed with and they said that they would handle it now we find a charge 3 1/2 weeks later for $4000 taken from my mother's account and it's from a number that is not associated with the numbers that are listed for choice properties. The bank is trying to help my mother with this situation but since we signed that is where they are getting the loophole but it is not right this is fraud also they said that they talk to me on two separate occasions and I have never talked with anyone from the corporate office with this company ever these people are cheats they are liars and you need to watch out if you ever think of getting a timeshare it would be best served the money that you spend to buy a property in a different state or country and use your money for airfare two fly to your own property, rather than maintenance fees and dealing with these evil people. I am to blame I should have just insisted that my mother not go to this free dinner and hear this Spheil . Now I have to make it right to my mother and find some way to get her $4000 back. I would advise anyone and everyone never to go with this company ever again if you are going to decide on getting a timeshare it is better to travel to that state either win them or other properties if that's what you wanted to do at least you would have some type of booklet or something to legitimize the authenticity of the company you signed with. These people gave nothing. Andrea Chattanooga Tennessee

If the timeshare offer seem too good to be true, they probably are. Vacationers are offered free breakfasts, activities such as horseback riding or scuba diving, or even week-long vacations just to attend a short 90-minute timeshare presentation. They are told that there is no obligation to buy a timeshare, just to listen and learn about the great deals or investments being offered. In return, they will enjoy some free gifts to compensate them for their time and thank them for their interest. While some of these presentations are legitimate, most are timeshare scams that use high-pressure sales tactics to lure clients into purchasing high-priced, low-value timeshares
