Complaint Review: Choice Ticketing

Choice Ticketing, wow; that's the only word that comes across my mind that describes my 6 months of being with them. Don't get me wrong, the people are great! Doug is a very funny and PROFESSIONAL guy, his son Nick is the nicest guy you will ever talk to, but when a system does not work, actions needs to be taken. 

Here are some problems I had with Choice Ticketing and their ChoiceCRM portal:

1. Authorize.net problems. I called Authorize.net directly and they confirmed it was not on their side. Choice Ticketing made an excuse that it was their problem. 

2. Speed. Terrible Speeds when you are actually working on the system. Don't get me wrong, the demo was fantastic but when you are processing payments, tickets and transactions, it can be VERY slow. 

3. Poor Service. Yeah, college kids that don't know much answering and taking your call then hanging up on you and never getting back to you till you call weeks later. 

4. Modules. Yes, the programs are terrible and lots of them are not needed yet you pay for the whole package. 

 

So I don't make this into a Novel, let me just warn you that Choice Ticketing isn't the right CHOICE. If you have any quetions, feel free to contact me directly.

Falsehoods and Vaguenes suggest this as a smear campaign

We beleive this to be a smear campaign for several reasons.  Some of the items discussed in the review can't be true.   I am not going to point out the details that are obviously false to me because there seems to be an individual who is crafting a story and the more info I rebut in detail, the better their story gets.

One I will address is regarding the service, we don't employ any college kids. This is simply untrue.  All of our technical support representatives have great attitudes and would call the client back if the call was dropped.  We hear on a regular basis how much our clients love our technical support staff.

Other claims about the software are also untrue.  ChoiceCRM is a browser based software and so there are some variables that our outside of our control that will effect speed, but the software is snappy even at low bandwidths. 

The other obvious red flag is that they refused to put their name to the testimonial and there is no detail that a true client would know referenced within this report.  It is vague at best.
