Complaint Review: Choose Direct

Choose Direct Steve Barbarich Direct to Home Appliances, Choose Hot Tubs Direct Feb 20, 2010 I paid for a hottub up front and I have received nothing but emails telling me everytime the tub is delayed. I can't get anyone to call me back and I can't get anyone of authority on the , Internet

On February 20, 2010 I purchased a hot tub from Choose Direct with a 12-16 week delivery which put the delivery in May. I paid them upfront. When May came around, the delivery was moved to Aug and when Aug came and went the delivery was moved to Sept and then Oct and then Dec and now the delivery is Feb 15. For all practical purposes, that makes a year they have had my funds and I have an empty phone in my hand. I have called dozens of times and left countless messages and no return calls. I have called the sales department because they are the only ones that will answer the phone and they just put me thru to customer service and same recording I have heard countless times before. I guess I am a chump for paying up front, but I want to stop someone else from Chumphood if I can. I don't think they have any intention of shipping a hot tub to me.
