dont buy from this company..very bad experience..ordered a pellet stove they showed online..which was NEVER available..i waited 4 weeks as they said..at end of 4 weeks called to find out stove was NOT available...and they tried to talk me into a "similar stove" which was nothing like what i had ordered..asked for a credit which was supposed to take 2 days...and after constant emails, phone calls  that they never return...they keep passing u off to someone else to "take care of it" 15 days later still waiting for credit..no one will call or email you back...if i hadnt called them looking for stove  i would still be waiting for a stove i would never have received..my credit card should never have been charged for something  i was never to get but try and get them to credit your money back...they charged it immediately before it ever  shipped out..but take their sweet time to credit u..IF they ever do..that has yet to be seen.  total ageda over this company....if i had read all the bad reports about them online first..i never would have ordered from them...live and learn..and BUYER BE WARE@  thats all i can say...
