This company and this man is the biggest rip-off pair I know of.  They make their products look good, but the quality is the worst ever.  First I found out the Sound system didn't work right.  The sound card system was replaced several times, but still isn't good.  The CD and DVD has NO grounding system, just like the whole system.  This product is not Certified USA UL approved, yet they are still selling the tubs.  The electrical control head has been replaced over four (4) times and I have another one to put on when choosedirect.com sends the Second (2) control system to me.  The first one was repaired with several parts from choosedirect.  The whole system was replaced and installed by a certified Spa tub service agent from Houston.  Still the system didn't work with the control head.  I was told that a USA made system was being put together to replace the 2nd old control system.  Well what month will it get here?  I have been waiting for months now and still NO system.  Why???? They are ripping us off.  I paid up front for the tub that was to be in San Fancisco, Ca. and would be shipped within several weeks.  Ha Ha they had to order it from China....  After 5 or more months, it sat in California and finally was shipped.  Now with all of these problems I won't use it.  Temperture can NOT be controlled automatic.  Pump motor locked up, air locks gets in system, No grounding as to USA UL code.  Pump 1 turns on by itself, several times.  I have spent to much time and money to get little to NO use from this hot tub.  Call choosedirect service and get NO answer.  Call the sales dept. and they push you to service but ONLY email Lisa.  This company and owner is a rip off pr**k.
