This company should be handled immediatly by a class action suit. I'm getting my attorney on it. First,,wasn't the one i ordred after waiting three months, giving an extra 500.00 for a model i never received. Still no steps, last of my worries! Doesn't work and won't refund. Tired of having it here empty due to cheap foriegn parts thrown together and NO Customer service at all....none! This guy is a scam artist and needs to be stopped. Wish we could have known before we bought it. Nothing on it works. You can get no response and I think they'll shut down and he'll run with our money soon. What can we do to this guy? It's horrible! I have spent over 7000.00 to date and have nothing that work or is even close to it. Horrible company and he'll get it one day I hope.
