choosedirect.com Steve Barbarich Choose Direct sold me a faulty hot tub that does not work they will not stand by their warranty and repair it. San Francisco Internet, California
On 7/10/2009 I purchased a hot tub thru ChooseDirect.com. I Paid cash, after many delays I finally received my hot tub on 11/20/2009 I had it hooked-up and running on 11/23. On 12/4 it over-heated to 120 and blew out all its electrical systems. On 12/4 Steve Barbarich E-Mailed me stating his staff was to ( enter into salesforce) "Because this persons brand new hot tub had over-heated and burned out." Steve stated it would be fixed immediately. In December I was first on their list to have my hot tub fixed by Christmas. In January it would be fixed any day, In February I was 3rd on their list to get my hot tub fixed. In March I was guaranteed it would be fixed by the 2nd week. The third week in March I hired my own spa tech to do a retro-fit,then the next day Choose Direct E-mailed me stating they would do a complete retro-fit the first week in April and guarantee it for life. The 3rd week in April I called Choose Direct and talked to Roger who said it would be another 7-10 days and he would call me if there was any delays. Here it is 10 days later and no call and no parts. I am fixing my hot tub on my own and sueing Choose direct. Choose Direct has had my money since 7/10/2009 and all I have received from them is a faulty hot tub that does not work and promises of repairs that will never happen.

Yesterday May 14,10 we finally received replacement parts from chooseDirect. We were not provided with a spa tech as promissed, but Roger spa tech for Choosedirect provided excellent instructions via phone. Our hot finally works. Personally I would not do business with this company again because of their SLOW response .
