FORD DEALER INSTALLED USED PARTS!!!

They installed a used timing chain on my Lincoln LS and told me it was a new timing chain. They supposedly replaced the guides and tensioners.  I told them NOT to use ANY used part; new timing chain, gears, tensioner, guides, water pump, belts, etc.

The Ford Dealer charged me over $3,000 service charge and took the car back to them in 2 days as car barely ran after their work and engine was tapping. They tore down the engine again and said, "Oh, the tensioner was bad."  Bull!  The tensioner was USED and they had charged me hundreds for new ones! And the used timing chain lasted about 3 weeks (it was parked at the airport almost the entire time). It really only lasted 4 days of use. They've re-done the work 3 times now! $3,000 to be defrauded by a Ford dealer!

Service manager Jeff has lied the entire time.  Ford dealer RIPOFF!!  Is this how Ford wants its dealer to run their business?
