I was looking online for a used transmission for my 1995 Mazda Mellinia. I was contacted by Brandon with Chris Auto Recyclers, who stated that they had two and could have one to in a day or two for a cost of $225. This only included a 45 day warranty so I asked for more and they complied but they increased the price.

I decided to purchase it from them at a price of $478 with a 6 month warranty. They delivered the transmission to me and my mechanic began working that day. A day or so later, my mechanic calls to tell me that the transmission is too big for my vehicle. I call Brandon and he arguues that its not too big, maybe I need to get a new mechanic. Then I sent him pictures of both transmissions and he even ackwoledges the fact that the two
transmisions are different.

He stated to me that they would continue to look for a transmission but everytime I called him, he did not answer my call and when I called him from a different number, he answered. I asked him if they would refund me money to me since they sent me the wrong transmission. He said that they couldn't do that and that it was my fault that I got the wrong transmission. I have never seen a company operate in this manner. I purchased something, didn't get the right part and the company is acting as though they are not responsible.

I have spent alomst $500 of my hard earned money and Chris Auto Recyclers is doing nothing to help me. It was a mistake on thier part and I'm paying for it. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!
