Complaint Review: Chris Batten/ Bungee Expeditions

 I contacted Chris Batten about bungee training and buying a bungee a year ago. I paid paypal him $1,050 and he agreed to make us a bungee. I told him he could ship it up and he said he would rather bring it up. Thinking nuthin of it I trusted him. Well we decided we didn't want to go through with doing jumps to much insurance. I told him to send the bungee or refund my money. I explained to him that i would lump it in all of our equimpment and sell it or take the refund. No where on his site does it say he must hand deliver a bungee or not do refunds. He scammed us to make money. He's site  dont say no refunds or that he must deliver it personal. DO NOT BUY OR GIVE HIM YOUR CARD INFO> HE IS A SCAM ARTIST> I hear he has meth problems and scams people for meth
