I wanted to prevent any serious business owner from making any contract with Mr. Chris Bogue, Manager at THE ZONE Apt. in College Station. Along with his unexperienced Maintenance Supervisor, both will just burn you and make you waste your time while trying to do your work there.
They would hire 2 or 3 Contractors for their Turn, and play the game of eliminating each other by cutting you short and TRYING to ruin your reputation. Complaning to their Corporate Office? no use!; They are just as lame and sorry as their "Managers" in College Station. Good luck getting your Invoices paid as in your Contract!.
