Complaint Review: Chris Carty

Searched using google for a range finder.  Sorted items by price, lowest to highest.  The lowest prices on what I was looking for were listed by a Chris Carty.  When clicking on the item it took me to Rabat TH info.  Looking like a regular online web store.  It advertised multiple methods of payment ie google check out, paypal credit cards and wire transfer.  Looked legit, but when processing an order and getting to the payment section all it offered was a wire transfer option payable to the following person;
