Chris Curry has an impressive presentation. However, when it comes to delivering what is promised, total failure. Quite simply, he has some very elementary and simple approaches to marketing. The ideas are easily implemented. He even provides step-by-step instructions, but the problems arise when you attempt to use his services.

His system requires you to setup a website and phone line to create the funnel/squeeze page to capture information. And, the sites and phone lines will work immediately after set-up but then they fail.

One can spend hundreds of dollars of one's own funds - relying on his systems - and lose all of one's investment not to mention the bad press from marketing and the services do not work.

Chri Curry offers a MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. However, he fails to deliver on the money back. All he is interested in is receiving hundreds of dollars from each person that subscribes.

Because Chris Curry reports that he is available to assist anyone, I attempted to contact him for assistance. My repeated requests to speak with Chris Curry resulted in a short email from Chris apologizing and reporting that the problem should be resolved. I replied asking about the past servies and my incurred expenses that failed due to his systems and services. I received no further response.

I have cancelled all services - in writing - with the Curry Programs. I have requested a full refund but, not totally surpising, I have received no response.

TOTALLY disappointed.

I was able to get ahold of the company and they processed the cancelation immediately. Melissa was very nice and helpful. Chris emailed me personally that evening and said he would set me up for one month free and have assistance help me.  I just want to make clear that the program is not why I canceled but my time needing to implement the program was limited.  Just like any business you have to invest in your business both $$ and Time.  This program has a good back bone and great ideas and in some ways a head of the curve.  I would recommend this to anyone

Bill first off thanks for the compliment!

I've put years of sweat equity into our presentation, and my sincere hope is that I can share what I've learned and found effective through the years.


I've found in 17 years of Real Estate sales that simpler = better.

It's my goal to share the concepts and supporting tools I've developed in that time with others "in the biz".

Unfortunately, I've also found that even the simplest of things can and do break down from time to time!

A little background...


One aspect of the tools we provide is an automated phone software system.

It gives people responding to lead generation marketing materials a way to receive immediate info, without playing phone tag.  I use the software personally, and include it as part of our marketing package.
(at NO charge, I might add)


Unfortunately, we recently had a system-wide outage.

The first in over 3 years, maybe ever, but EVERY user was unable to access the phone software or receive any inbound calls.  It was a HUGE deal, and we had a team on it through the night until it was resolved, and restored.
 
I'll be the first to admit it wasn't pretty, and I hope we never go through that again!  We've taken steps to prevent this from recurring at ANY point in the future.

As you can imagine, we were inundated with calls and emails!

Bill is 100% correct, he did receive a short reply.

So did many others.

We were in full crisis mode, but doing our best to reply to everyone as quickly as possible.


I'm sorry if we were short, but our first priority at the time was returning everyone to full working order!

Was that wrong of me?  I'll let you be the judge...



The SECOND issue Bill mentions was a problem specific to his accounts alone.

Bill signed up to access our materials with 2 different email addresses.

When he set up his lead capture systems, his 'dual entry' caused an overlap and resulted in an access error.  From everything I see, that issue was resolved quickly, and he was in business.


I DO recommend ANY agent should buy and use a custom domain.

An easily memorable web address is a key to people being able to reach you!

We recommend GoDaddy (based on ease of use, simplicity of set up, and their quick support).

Purchase of a specific domain is a personal thing, and naturally we would not refund or reimburse anyone for that purchase.  The domain is yours to use, and will certainly have many uses, beyond linking to OUR lead capture software.

I honor a 30-day money back guarantee on any membership, and I've NEVER held anyone to a contract.

Any member is free to cancel at any time.

Looking into the accounts of Bill's, I see that we've overlooked over $300 in missed payments during the time he was a member...

I also see that he has unsubscribed from our Support team email address, which would explain why he " received no response"...

I'm sorry that Bill wasn't satisfied with our programs.

I wish he had been willing to accept our apologies on the phone incident, and start using the program!  I'd have LOVED to see him getting results and listings!



Bottom line, I stand behind what I use and share with other agents.

From time to time things break.

We do our best to make it right as quickly as possible if that happens!  We're human, and technology is fun...

What I do may not be a good fit for you, and vice versa.  That is EXACTLY why we have a 30-day guarantee in place!
