 Company billed for 1 agreed service then solicited added features. Never disclosed any fees then attempts to bill my card on file. If course the payment doesn't go through so I get an email..which I still have. I responded & advise of this & specifically state glad to return since I was never informed of any associated fees. This is waived off & I again specifically state the program authorized is $97 please cancel. The $97 is acknowledged along with another program which I've already stated was not requested. I clearly stated in the email to cancel my service...I've only acknowledged signing uo for 1 paid program. The cancellation is acknowledged & another respond says to contact the exact same # & email addresses I've been emailing. Well I'm doing this so my understanding is I'm finished! 3 months later still getting billed & I finally see this! 8 emails later the company keeps closing my requests for refund & will not assist. All calls go straight to voice mail!
