Complaint Review: chris filli&son tree service

I know of this job through a friend and first hand. First and for most the company name Chris Filli & Sons was never involved in this Job, the person filing this has his information mixed up. The company Chris Filli & Sons was incorporated on its own by a relative to Filli's Tree service well after Fillis tree servce shut down its operations and sold all of its assets. It IS NOT A NAME CHANGE. Now to the story of this Job the photos you see are the work of the land owners Brother and The owner there selves. They were advised not to cut the trees down due to the fact the market was bad to sell white pine. A week after that the owners and a friend of there's took it upon themselves and dropped almost 75 100 ft tall white pine all over the place on the cottage and into the pond Filli's tree service had no doings of this and there is a handful of people that can attest to this claim. The trees that did hit the cottage were cut by the landowners brother Tim Hogg. Also that can be attested to. Filli's tree service pulled off of the job after being stopped multiple times by the landlord so the could play on the land so the timber is still there the cutting was never finished. It would be nice to see the owner Andy come forward and set the record straight by telling the truth and not make false claims to somebody not even involved. That can be attested to as well because he put a claim into the bbb against Chris Filli's and son and it was reversed. Also there havent been any claims against either of the companies but the landowner has done this with some other companies from the area. With that being said if you are in the tree business stay away from Andy Hogg you will surely have problems this is there MO
