Chris Grabowski challenged me to a game of scrabble for $50. I had numerous financial backers that are now breathing down my neck for their money and Chris has refused to pay what he owes. Anyone considering any wager with Chris should heed this warning. He will never pay you. And he is not very good at scrabble either. To avoid confusing him with another Chris Grabowski...He is about 1 inch taller that a legal midget but tries to compensate for it with his muscles.

If I had wanted any legal advice from you I would have stated that I was hoping for a response from a pea brained female attorney from California... However, since I did not request that please keep your opinions to yourself. Nobody appreciates busy body.

Off of that topic Diatribe is a great word and if you want to play scrabble I would be happy to play you for ...shall we say $50. Just don't Grabowski me. You must have oodles of time on your hands to spout out unnessecary legal jargon on this web site. Good day.

1. It is illegal to bet on games under non-parimutual circumstances. Yes, people do it all of the time, but if someone doesn't pay, guess what? You technically committed a crime, and gambling debts are not legally enforceable.

2. If you need "numerous financial backers" to place a $50 bet, then you don't need to be gambling, not even on the Lottery.

3. The guy you are talking about doesn't look good, but your childish diatribe makes you look even worse.
