Complaint Review: Chris hanby

 At Los Angeles harbor college he harassed a female student after she turned down his sexual advances. He retaliated by calling campus police , Deputy Mendonca and Deputy Young, Chris hanby reported the woman had weapons and they searched her they found makeup and school books. Every time the victim would pass by Chris hanby he would call campus police to report weapons or he was being threatened. Chris hanby was never arrested or charged with harassing the innocent woman. Instead he was allowed to return to school and also had other students harass the woman. Witnesses stated the Chris hanby has had similar behavior towards another student when she rejected him. He began to stalk and harass them. For some reason Chris hanby victims have been women of color. Every victim that has been harassed by him were black . Chris hanby freqents pharoahs hookah bar in Carson. Beware if you're an employer, business, or a parent. Please call the police if you become a victim of his behavior
