Complaint Review: Chris Huynh

Chris Huynh bought a macbook pro retina laptop from me on Ebay, the day after he received it he emailed me saying that it did not power on, the whole thing seemed very fishy to me as it has worked flawlessly for years and it was tested prior to shipping, he did not state any damage was done to the box during shipping. He filed a case against me through Ebay and returned the laptop. When I received the laptop it was clearly not what I had sent him. He had removed the entire screen portion, including the housing, cables hinges, everything, he had also removed  the motherboard, what I received was the keyboard bezel, which was not mine, as it had glue all over it and crooked keys, and a loose battery inside which also was not mine. The only part that belonged to me was the bottom case. There is no question what so ever that this was intentional return fraud, mail fraud and theft. As I write this report, Ebay has refunded him his money even though I told them what he did. I will appeal the decision and report him to the police also. Please do not sell anything to this individual, he is a liar and a theif.
