Chris Orser, his wife, Wakan Orser, and his father, Neal Orser knowingly hire illegal immigrants, so Chris Orser Landscaping, Inc. can intentionally avoid collecting and paying employee taxes on these hard working people. For those employees that are in the U.S. legally, he will pay up to 40 hours with a paycheck, but all overtime is paid out in cash. This practice lowers his workers compensation insurance rates, reduces his reporting payroll taxes, and is unfair to other, law-abiding business. On a weekly basis, Wakan Orser withdraws thousands of dollars from the business account, in order to pay these folks, and avoid paying taxes.
The Orsers were in such dire need for cheap (illegal) workers, that Chris Orser, and his wife, Wakan Orser paid thousands of dollars to an unknown source in order to ensure the delivery of two undocumented workers, which is highly illegal, and punishable by law.
For snow removal, all employees are paid in cash, whether they are legal citizens or not, which saves Chris Orser Landscaping, Inc. thousands of dollars in payroll taxes and insurance costs. If you are a snow removal customer of Chris Orser Landscaping, Inc., it would be a very wise decision to check your invoices very carefully, as it is also their practice to double-bill for snow and ice removal services.
Chris Orser Landscaping, Inc. also dilutes the expensive weed-killing applications with water, so he saves money, and his clients are only receiving 50% of what they are paying for. In addition, these chemicals, oils, gasoline, and other toxic materials are dumped directly into Bucks County soil, which I'm sure the EPA would take an interest in.
If you are against illegal immigrants working in this country, do not use Chris Orser Landscaping Services. They have been getting away with breaking the law for too long.

A quote taken directly from this site, "...under the First Amendment, people have a right to speak freely and anonymously as long as they do not make statements which are false and defamatory." No false statements were made, as I have proof of the allegations made against Chris Orser Landscaping, Inc.

I find this a bit disturbing, but not about COL, but rather the original writer, 'Oklahoma'. Made up stories, hidden identities and slander on a web site are unethical and only show how immature you are. Oklahoma, you would appear to be lacking a moral compass in life. And by the way, good job choosing a web site with questionable motives for allowing such slander...did you know they charge to make such reports 'disappear'...a questionable practice for a site that says all it wants to do is provide a platform for 'consumer advocacy'.....a money maker is what it would appear, and a step away from extortion by asking for money to make something go away. Google the site and find out the lawsuits against it. Then Google 'slander' and see what laws you have broken Oklahoma.
Question your motives Oklahoma, maybe try to repair your life without trying to tear other people down. I pray you find yourself and make amends to the people you are trying to harm with your vicious lies and unethical practices. You are lucky COL is a family owed business run by people with a moral compass, anyone else wouldn't tolerate this garbage as well as they have. God bless them for their tolerance and Christian response to you and your attacks. Your actions are inexcusable, but I do hope you find peace in this life, the strength to live better, and to hold less anger and hatred in your heart.

The multiple award winning company has been using legal H2-B seasonal workers for eight years paying them for their company related expenses at the end of each week.
From time to time, due to the family type of relationship that the company has with its employees the company loans money to employees to insure that they can afford to return to the U.S.the following season.
Snow removal services are done by legal workers, by paycheck, and are billed at rates determined by legal contracts.
As a licensed pesticide company all precautions are taken during the dilution process to insure that the mixtures are in balance with the manufactures specification. This process does not save the company money but insures proper treatments for the the customer.
In closing Chris Orser Landscaping takes great pride in supporting LEGAL workers and the U.S. Government sponsored H2-B program. The company pays way above minimal wage and enjoys a sterling reputation within our community.
For Ripoff Report to take as gospel the ranting of a disturbed ex employee is disgraceful.
