The filthy trsny has numerous sites under the same IP address, sweet talks you out of card information by quoting super low prices, then the little weizzle vanishes leaving you with a phony tracking # & order #. The he/she switches up IP addresses and bounces from RUSSIA, LITHUANIA, CANADA, USA, and all over. I'm with several Grassroots organizations and we do phony buys to catch rats like this. Don't fear reporting to as many authorities as possible...they let you remain anonymous.
