I ordered a very expensive book from this thief ($265.00) and received a crumby, smelly ten dollar book that was not at all what I ordered. I say crumby and smelly because the book Chris Pulaski sent me really was all yellow and smelly. It was not even close to the title that I ordered and I got nothing but a run around from him. I ordered this book at the Barnes and Noble used book website but I also see that this same seller is offering the same title (the book I never received) at Amazon.com. He operates under the name of "International Books" as well as proquo books. Again, he leaves no phone number as he must be so rotten that he does not want to be contacted. Do not order anything from this thief!!!You will rue the day you did. I am sure that if enough people report him he will just change his company name so be extra careful if you see any reference to this name or any of the others I have mentioned: Proquo books, Chris Pulaski, International Books.

Ask to return the book.  Find the confirmation email and send a polite reply.  I've ordered hundreds of books from this company, and the few I've needed to return was done so seamlessly.

I regret this ripoff report soiling my name.  I was an employee of a company called Pro Quo Books (International Books) whose name was used on outgoing customer service emails even following my resignation from the company.  I assure you that the practices of Pro Quo Books have nothing to do with me.  It is not my company.  I was an unknowing employee of this company, who left to pursue a career far from book selling.
