User posts ad's for Wheels (in my case they were Work Meister S1 3P rims) on online E-Commerce site Kijiji. He masks his location and if you ask where the rims are located he gives a remote destination where you cannot go physically and verify the RIMS. Rims do not exist he claims they do but will not send ACTUAL pics of the rims. Takes google images and pretents they are his.
Asks for Paypal payment in exchange for 7 day layover time for payment to clear before shipping rims. Rims will never get shipped.
