Contractor not only neglected to complete even one aspect of the agreement, he purposely sabotaged every job that he did start along with scratching, denting, scraping, spraying with paint, chipping,cutting and so on so all my new appliances are scathed in some form or another. Job started approx 8/18/13 and is in need of more repairs then when he began after pushing & pulling 6000.00 .
This guy us acutely aware of the fact that I am subjected to a disease call lupus. It's debilitating some time more & other times even more. He took advantage of this causing me to get even more upset & visiting urgent care & other doctors. this property is a rental that has a tenant coming in a couple weeks. If I don't have t his place done I am subjected to more money to pay the mortgage.
