I was in a Target parking lot the other day and in a hurry.  A guy in a newer Dodge Ram startled me trying to get my attention.  He looked innocent enough wearing a visor, shorts, and a nice shirt.  He told me owned a stereo store in North Scottsdale, even gave me a business card.  He then proceeded to tell me that he over ordered some surround sound systems and that he didnt want to deal with his employees fighting over them.  He showed me a catalog and everything.  The price in the catalog was $2,700.00 and he tried telling me he had just sold one for around $500.00.  I told him I wouldn't pay that so he dropped it to $260.  I still said no and he brougt it down to $200.  I was in such a hurry I didn't have time to think things over and register what was going on.

We went to an ATM and I was just going to drive off but I was affraid he would follow me.  I gave him the money and he told me to call and thank him and to please not sell it on craigslist.  When we got into our vehicles he took off in a hurry which then clicked as being strange, so before he turned on to the main street I wrote down his license plate number(AP(6orG)9062 I can't read my hand writing) It was a light colored Dodge Ram.  Just in case it was a scam.

I got home and opened it up (he opened the box for me but I didn't have a chance to poke around) it is not wireless like he told me and there are not even any wires to hook it up.  It also requires a reciever.  Then I looked online and saw that Paramax has a website but underneath were all of the scam reports.  I hope someone can find this D-bag with the license plate number because I was just trying to get someone a gift and could really use my money back!  If you see a guy like this in a parking lot call the cops!  He makes everything seem very real and he needs to be in jail.
