I was at Albertsons gas station on RIGGS/GILBERT and was approached by two men in a blue dodge truck. They told me they were selling a surround sound system for a fraction of the price. They had a company buisness card, a reciept for the speaker system and a magazine it was featured in. The add was very believable.
They said there was a couple before me that paid 1,000 and it reataled for 3,000, if i would like they could give it to me for that price.i had them talked down to 800.00. I knew in the back of my mind it sounded to good to be true. Everything was packaged new and very believable.
If you are approached by these men RUN. i was so sick to my stomach after I got home and tried googling CUSTOM AUDIO and found nothing. My husband did a further search and found that it wAS a scam. Shame on them, taking money from innocent people. I should of caught on when they kept telling me not to tell my husband but suprise him on his bithday or christmas.
