I took my vehicle in for a stalling issue. I mentioned at check in that the issue was most likely fuel or air related and that I wanted that checked. I also mentioned that it overheated and I changed the radiator cap due to oxidation and pressure loss, but the vehicle was no longer overheating. It seems to me that the single occurrence of overheating was a verbal key to have me replace multiple cooling components totaling around 550 dollars (my planned cost was around 300 total based on my symptoms).

I took them at their word that this was the issue and agreed to the service. Two days after the "repair" I stalled out in the exact same manner as before, the EXACT same way. I tried to write it off as a fluke, but while I was broken down 25 mins from home I realized it was never fixed. I managed to limp back to CB and upon letting them know the issue they tried to say it was unrelated and performed a "free" diagnostic. They then proceeded to tell me that the issue is with the front o2 sensor and that the repair would be around $245 which is what I figured to begin with, but I couldn't afford the first useless "repair", much less the additional to ACTUALLY fix it.

So here I am, out $500+, vehicle not operating. I decided to fix it myself because I refuse to be dooped again. I just have to make time since I work and go to school, which is why I took it to them to begin with. If i wanted to lose money I would go to Vegas. I feel highly cheated. Not coming back ever. It also seems that they doctor their reviews on their site. Every review is 5 stars... I'm assuming Christian is just someone's last name.

Around a month after writing this report I was contacted by the owner of this location and he seemed very concerned about the situation. He agreed to take the jeep back in and sort out the rest of the issue. At the end of the day it did cost me a little more but the owner made things right. The jeep was repaired at a greatly reduced cost and I am now 3 weeks back on the road with no signs of any issues.
