I ordered a set of DVDs which I want to return, within the 90-days return policy they claim to abide by. They tell you to go to the site and did not find the return address they claim to provide.
When I clicked on Live chat, it asks me for a login information ( name or email address) and password. However, the system does not allow me to establish an account! That is a loop that goes to the same site. When I did, there is no information given!
I called the 1-800-436-1296, which has an automated response and no person to talk to. I left 2 messages with my name, (spelled) , my emai address and phone number!I get no response!
I emailed to the email support address they provided, and I got 3 automated emails stating they received my request, and telling me to go to their site to find the return address! The emails did not contain the info I requested!
Bottom line is that I thought that there is a law that forces companies to provide the address one needs to use to return items bought!
I am afraid if I use the Shipping address Christian Carte INc used for the shipment of the DVDs, it may not be the correct one, and they may not refund me the 130$ I paid!
I only have 3 more weeks before the 90-days return policy expire!
Is there a law that mandates that companies delivering goods need to provide return address for the return to take place in a timely manner, in order for the customer to be within the bounds of that specific company's return policy??
This is totally ridiculous!
