I called this company to repair my heat pump that had blown a control fuse. Prior to the work being performed, I was quoted $284 to diagnose and repair the low-voltage short. The technician was unable to locate the wire short so no repair was made, but he replaced the blown fuse, and left.  The charge for this service was discounted and I was only charged $275. 

Less than 15 minutes after thre technician left, the fuse blew again and I was without heat.  I immediately called to have the technician return to properly repair the heat pump, but he did not return for almost 24 hours. A technician returned the next evening and quickly found and repaired the wire short.  I was again charged $284 to diagnose and repair the low-voltage short, a total of $559 for a fuse and tape applied to the frayed wire.

I contacted the company to express my concern that I was charged twice for the same service, and that I did not receive any service on the first day and was left without heat for 24 hours.  The service manager refused to get on the phone, and the receptionist said he would return my call.

After almost 2 months he has not yet returned my calls.
