·        Misleading Sales Pitch: I was promised exclusive, high-level experiences including: 1) Three pre-paid trips each year to exotic locations (e.g., Turks & Caicos), which never materialized. The events I attended were in non-exotic locations, including a house in San Diego where Christian Mickelsen was living. 2) Introductions to nationally and internationally known speakers, authors, and influencers, which never happened. 3) Personalized support for product launches, which was not provided.

·        Signed Contract Under Duress: I was required to sign a contract after arriving at the first event, two months after paying, under duress. According to legal advice, this contract is not binding.

·        Inappropriate Conduct at Events: At one event in Puerto Rico, another attendee distributed psychiatric medication, and Christian Mickelsen pressured everyone to take some. This is not appropriate for a professional mastermind.

·        Failure to Accommodate Disabilities: The events and activities did not consider people with disabilities, which further reduced my ability to participate fully.

·        Lack of Exclusivity: The program was advertised as exclusive and selective based on applications. In reality, membership was determined solely by financial ability, and after I paid, I discovered others were offered seats for free or at significantly reduced prices.

·        Religious Proselytizing: Christian Mickelsen engaged in unsettling religious ceremonies during the events, which was not advertised and made me uncomfortable.

·        Lifetime Membership Misrepresentation: I was promised lifetime membership in another mastermind program (BIGS) as part of my payment. Later, I was told I would need to pay $25,000 annually to remain in the program.
