I contacted Christian Palfrey of Diving Ltd regarding diving activities.
I made the mistake of paying him upfront. The day he was supposed to work, he was "no show".
I tried to reach him via phone calls and emails but he just ignored and blocked my number.
Do not use Christian Palfrey's services unless you want to get scammed out of your money!
