After signing on the dotted line, I moved into my new home. I noticed several serious infrastructure problems were not disclosed. Appliances and fixtures that were included, were missing from the unit. The real estate lock box was still on the door. I contacted the agents and was given the runaround. I also had no entry to common areas mail, parking, pool, laundry, trash etc. There were many excuses over the weeks. I contacted the inspector who also gave me the runaround. I experienced many sleepless nights waiting for a resolution. The whole thing was so suspicious, I began to think they didn’t really have the authority to sell the unit. I WAS able to confirm that I was the owner and that I was experiencing a case of horrific customer service and fraud(missing appliances and fixtures). Both agents became angry because I dared to ask for common area entry keys, cards, fixtures, appliances etc. I had to contact some executive at century21.com to partially rectify the situation(keys, cards and lockbox). I do not recommend their company.

This post/complaint is full of inaccuracies and is probably a HOAX. Neither one of us have worked with anyone named Carol in over a decade.
1. Ivana and Christian work as a team, but we NEVER work together with a single client. We each have our own client base and both of us would never work together on a single transaction. 2. In 16 years in Real Estate, we strive to make every client have the best experience. Please review our personal Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Yelp.com for accurate reviews. 3. If one of us really represented you to buy this home you would have had a home inspection. Every single buyer we have represented in the last 16 years has had a home inspection. The inspectors we use are the best in the county and would have pointed out any structural concerns in a written report. 4. If the home has infrastructure problems and one of us really did assist you in buying a home, please call us right away so we can connect you with a real estate attorney so you can formally go after a seller for failing to disclose known issues. 5. Missing appliances and fixtures, We always complete a “Final Verification of Property Condition” to assure nothing is missing. If something was truly missing please reach out to us so we can follow up with the seller. 6. Everything else is a complete fabrication. If we really helped you buy a home, please reach out to us so we can rectify all of these issues. If this is a HOAX, please be respectful of our hard work and ethics and remove this post.
