CHRISTINA SMITH SCAMMED ME AND MANY OTHERS!! BEWARE!!! I CONTACTED HER THROUGH CRAIGSLIST...SHE IS POSTED ALL OVER THE US AND CANADA.... SHE ASKS FOR 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY SHE CHARGES FOR THE PHONES AND THEN DOESNT SHIP ANY ITEMS.... NOR RETURNS THE MONEY.... SHE SHIPPED 2 BOOKS AFTER I PAID HER THE CORRESPONDING 50% SHE CLAIMS SHE WAS RIPPED OFF AND UNDER THAT ARGUMENT SHE NEVER PAYS BACK.... SHES A FRAUD I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR MY MONEY BACK SINCE APRIL AND NOTHING.... SHE OWES ME 4500$ AND I HAVE READ THAT SHE OWES MANY OTHERS UP TO 20 GRAND MORE... I SUED HER.... THE CASE NUMBER IS 20226 SCK 2010 UNDER THE Kings (Brooklyn) Small Claims Court FEEL FREE TO LOOK IT UP... IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY HER FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME SO WE CAN ALL TOGETHER PUT AN END TO THIS CON ARTIST!! I am another that fallen to this scammer. i think her name is spelled Christina Jaffier Smith, 126-09 Jamaica Ave., Hollis, NY 11412, 

 I was scammed by her for supposedly buying blackberry (13) 9700 and (4) 9800. I am glad I didnt give her 100% of the cash but she did get a nice chunk of the money for the phones. She keeps giving me a run around for return of money since she didnt have the phones in hand. What got me was she took pictures to my exact guidance with my email in picture, time, date and showing a new opened box with phone and others sealed. I also requested references and she gave me a few.

By the way I checked references. She gave me two in different cities. Seems this needs to be legally handled and put this scammer away!

Christina Jaffier Smith is this black butch l*****n with glasses, she's a little dark skinned and walks around most of the time with this computer bag or a bag, and she has a car!(so if you see her you'll know its her)  she clings to other companies to do her damage to others. She scammed me, and i am in the process of taking legal actions against her, she thinks she's getting away with it because it was so long ago. When your in the united states its hard to get away with someones money. When i spoke to her she was using some company called PC Tech Wireless, saying that she was a representative. This woman needs to be put in jail! Anyone who continues to do business with her is crazy! I recommend anyone that she may have done wrong to,to do the same and press charges. I've actually contacted TechTownDirect about what she's done to them for more evidence on my part and they sent me the contract that she signed, She walked away with 10,000.00, i was shocked!, this woman is a scammer for sure. So if she bad mouths another company know that is the opposite, SHE'S THE ONE YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM!. 

I am the owner of PC Tech Wireless and we do not have any reps. Any business transactions with PC Tech Wireless is done directly with our company. Pc Tech Wireless has not received any funds from Tech Town Direct. We have informed this company of this fact. We have requested any legal documents, contracts, invoices, payment receipts signed by a officer of this company to be submitted to PC Tech Wireless for legal verification.  To date we have not received any payment receipts, or invoices from our company.
