Christine Neves is a fraud!

I responded to an ad which indicated that a group of real estate professionals were looking for "capital and credit" partners. Supposedly a network of investors and real estate gurus.

I should have known something was up after some of the emails in which she can't seem to type even at the level of a high school kid. But after talking on the phone I could tell she was not native to the US so I ignored that.

This group of thieves first tried to get me to join some Multi level marketing real estate site. I had no interest in that. Went back and looked at it later and it looks like an even bigger scam.

Christine Neves, Roly Paz, and Fernando Paz are all in this thing together.

I invested in a small property thinking I was involving myself with a credible group of people. They pass this RJ Carpeting company thing off as a way to supposedly be able to fix-up the properties at wholesale prices.

Neves is the most incompetent and unprofessional person I have ever met. I should have done more research and I would have discovered all her citations by the government for failing to maintain properties, improper filings, and operating without a license.

RJ Carpeting stole a $4,000 deposit I placed that they said was simply to secure the credit line for purchases for the house before flipping it. It was also supposed to have a buyer already who had put money into escrow and had already been approved for financing.

The "buyer" (who I met) was not a buyer at all as it turns out. It was a friend of Neves. There was no contract signed, there was no money in escrow, and the $5k I put in on the house is...gone! The $4k deposit placed with RJ Carpeting is...gone!

Now I will probably be tied up suing them in court for years.
