I was contactated via telephone on Sept. 7th by Dr. Christo Rausis requesting information on qty 70 wall hung lavatories. How quickly I could get them and what the cost would be. I replyed to Christo via email with price and what the lead time would be in getting him the sinks he was looking for.

Later in the day he contacted me again and asked me to order the sinks. I requested payment in advance and informed him that the card would be charged immediatly before I could place the order for the sinks. He was fine with that and I added $125 to the cost for local freight charges.

On September 8th I received an email from Christo asking me to contact Urban NS Freight company and request for quote to send the sinks to Africa when I received all of them. Sending 70 sinks to africa for an orphanage was a red flag for our company. I began calling the credit card company and asking if the card was stolen or if it belonged to this particular person. The explained to me that it did not and that it was going to submitted as a stolen card.

After getting Christo the freight information and asking him to contact the freight company directly to pay them on his own he was fine with that. I kinda lead him along so that I could get more information.

He called again and asked if everything went through ok and when he would be expecting his order. I mentioned to him that his card was stolen and that I was unable to process the order. He said "ok thank you" and hung up. Not even 10 mins. goes by and he calls back and tells me didn't understand what I was saying and if i could explain it again. I said again "the card you are using is stolen, unless you come up with a "cash". He was very addiment about wanting to get me the money right away. If he could wire it, etc.

I set up a request for payment via paypal. After two days of him calling and asking if I had done it or not and requesting payment from him he finally stopped calling.

Today is Sept. 17th. At 9am this morning I received a call from the owner of the credit card. Gave him all the information that I had on Christo and found out that this Christo also used this mans card at Best Buy.
