Complaint Review: Christopher Clegg Down South Design Studio 17 Solutions LowPrice Tronics

Christopher Clegg, operating at various times as Down South Design, Studio 17 Solutions and LowPrice Tronics, (under 3 different phone numbers) took my gig for a 1-2 week turnaround. Once he received payment, I could not get him on the phone again until I threatened prosecution. Lots of promises ranging from "almost done" to a day away, etc. No delivery. After months, all I had was 1 screen shot and two flashs that I could have done myself in about 10 or 15 minutes (tried it and did it in that time). Reported him to Dept. of Justice and Pinellas County prosecutors. Also joining with other victims to file civil suit in Florida stat courts. He talks really well, but don't fall for it. I did and feel like a fool.
