On July 27 1995 I gave birth to Christopher Lee Hervey's son. Christopher only wanted to see the baby to get back together with me, after a total of maybe 5 times of seeing his son he gave up. To this day he has not paid one thin dime in child support or bought him ANYTHING!
My son will be 9 tomorrow and has never recieved so much as a card from his father. he is very well taken care of by myself and my husband but he is starting to ask about his father. Women beware this BOY is a loser and should not procreate.

You are correct, he is an Arizona State Prisoner. His inmate number is 178576. He served 1 year for a Marijuana violation and is currently serving 2 years (concurrent) for Buglary in the 2nd degree.
He was disciplined on 06/21/04 for "Disobeying Order"
He makes $ .20 per hour as a porter (so you're not going to see your child support out of THAT!)
What a way to make your son proud!

the last place i knew him to live at was on 79th AVE and union hills but that was with his parents about 6 years ago. I am trying to find info on him and I will post asap. thanks for the info you provided though.

Mr. Hervey's Social Security Number is 122-71-7712
Mr. Hervey owes his son a signficant amount of arrears, according to those documents.
Mr. Hervey owes his son an ongoing $210. a month (a PITTANCE!) according to those documents.
Chanda, "79 Union Hills" is not a valid address for Glendale, AZ. I live here, and that particular address would be Phoenix. Do you have a correction to the address??? Perhaps we could all write to Mr. Hervey and let him know what we think of him!
