Do not trust Christopher Moon (aka Bryan Christopher Moon). He has defrauded me out of thousands of dollars. I met Christopher Moon via an online dating/social networking site. He lured me in using fake photos (see photos below) to make himself appear more attractive and appealing.
Over a period of time, a relationship over the phone and email developed. He told stories about his tragic upbringing and unfortunate past to make me feel sympathy and compassion towards him. Then he persuaded me to loan him money under false circumstances (a life or death matter), with the understanding that he would eventually pay me back.
When I finally decided to end the relationship, he began sending harassing text messages, he made threatening comments against me and my family. And refused to pay me back. So I hired a lawyer to file a civil lawsuit against him. During this time, I spoke to 2 other girls who were also defrauded by Christopher Moon in the same manner. And I found a Scam Alert posting on MySpace (see posting below) that warned others about Christopher Moon.
He has apparently defrauded multiple women and may be out there doing it right now to some unsuspecting young woman. That is why I'm posting this alert to Rip Off Report, to warn everyone out there:

Clarification on Lisa Togami False Claim

I want to clarify one part of the first rebuttal posted by a well meaning friend. The friend has misunderstood Moon's previous contact with the FBI. Moon has never been an informant to the FBI. Several times in the past Moon has provided information and leads to the FBI field offices in Newark and Honolulu. The word informant carries serious connotations and I would like to prevent anyone from making the wrong conclusions about any role he has played in the past.
This previous experience with contacting the FBI did assist Moon in establishing that Lisa Togamis statements that he was under investigation by the FBI were a complete fabrication on her part. This was reinforced after a FOIA request to the Department of Justice came up empty on Moon ever being the subject of an investigation.

I am a third party that is well informed on this situation. I know Moon and I have met Lisa Togami on one of her many trips to meet him.
From the original posting Lisa Togami wrote on April 11th, 2010 she would have the reader believe that she was hoodwinked by someone that she had a phone and email relationship. This is not true. Lisa Togami and Moon met face to face on 8 different occasions for a total 20 days. There are photographs of them together at the Rockefeller Center in New York. If what Lisa Togami is saying is true then why did it take her 8 different trips and a span of 20 days to realize that? If Lisa Togami suspected something was amiss then why did she engage in sexual intercourse with Moon almost every time they were together?
Moon has provided a detailed chronology of their trips to see each other. All of this information can be backed up with airline itineraries, hotel reservations, emails, and text messages.
April 26-27/2008 - Lisa Togami travelled to see Moon. After Moon picked up Lisa Togami at the airport they checked into their hotel at Homewood Suites. They had dinner at a steak house. This visit was Lisa Togamis first time to meet Moon. Lisa Togami had repeated sexual intercourse with Moon during this visit.
June 7-8/2008 - Lisa Togami again travelled to see Moon. Again they stayed at Homewood Suites. Again Lisa Togami had repeated sexual intercourse with Moon.
July 25-28/2008 - Moon travelled to New York City to see Lisa Togami. Moon stayed Lisa Togamis apt with her roommates Suzanne White and Marcela Caycedo. At this time Moon also met Lisa Togamis youngest brother, Kevin Togami. During this trip Lisa Togami repeated had sexual intercourse with Moon.
Aug 14-17/2008 - Lisa Togami travelled to meet Moon. Two nights were spent at Westin Hotel. Two nights at Moons residence. During her stay Lisa Togami had repeated sexual intercourse with Moon.
Aug 28-Sept1/2008 Lisa Togami and Moon both travelled to meet each other in Los Angeles. The first night they attended a Jack Johnson concert with Lisa Togamis best friend, Myra Lanting and her little sister Minnie Lanting. During two of the three nights Lisa Togami had repeated sexual intercourse with Moon.
Nov/2008 - Exact dates not yet known. Lisa Togami travelled to visit Moon. They spent two nights at the Westin Hotel. Due to Lisa Togami menstruating this would be the only time that Lisa Togami would not have sexual intercourse with Moon.
Dec 19-22/2008 - Moon travelled to stay with Lisa Togami and her two roommates Suzanne White and Marcela Caycedo for an early Christmas. That early Christmas included Lisa Togami having repeated sexual intercourse with Moon.
Feb 13-15/2008 - Lisa Togami travelled to Moon to celebrate Valentines Day. This would be the last time they saw each other. It did not stop Lisa Togami from having sexual intercourse with Moon.
Lisa Togami claims to have been tricked by Moon with fake photographs. For that to be true that raises the following questions:
* Why would Lisa Togami carry on a relationship for almost a year after their first meeting on 04/26/08?
* Why would Lisa Togami agree to stay with Moon or let him stay with her another 7 times for a total of 19 days?
* Why would Lisa Togami engaged in repeated unprotected sex with Moon on their first meeting all the way through to their last meeting 10 months later?
* After their first meeting Lisa Togami and Moon exchanged over 1,000 emails and text messages. Why would Lisa Togami consistently express her love for Moon for almost a year if she felt she had been tricked? Their emails and texts were full of I love you to each other.
The way Lisa Togami has described it is that she met a guy that sent her fake pictures. Decided to have sex with him on 7 different trips. Professed her love for him for almost a year. Loaned him money. Likely?
Lisa Togamis travel habits or sexual behavior are not consistent with someone that believes they have been tricked with fake photographs.
Her posting is nothing more than a disgruntled woman acting on her rage and continuing a year long pattern of trying to smear and harass.
My suggestion to Lisa Togami is to seek professional help in dealing with her obsession and rage so that she can move on with her life and be productive.

The above was authored by Lisa Michiko Togami (b. 02/06/1976). Lisa Togami is currently employed at TBWA/Chiat/Day in New York City.
Lisa Togami has engaged in a rabid campaign of harassment, smears, and stalking of Mr. Moon and his acquaintances over the past year. Lisa Togamis campaign of harassment and smears was initiated when she learned that Mr. Moon had saved webcam chats that occurred between the two of them. On four separate occasions Lisa Togami performed sexual acts while fully nude (pleasuring herself with a vibrator) for Mr. Moon. Upon learning that Mr. Moon refused to delete the files she began her campaign against him. The video files and screen shots were shown to select personnel of the New York City Police Department and the Newark field office of the FBI.
Some of Lisa Togamis actions include:
In April of 2009 Lisa Togami made a phony email account: jenmlee82@gmail.com for the sole purpose of harassing Mr. Moons friends. Further inquiry traced the emails back to an ip address that matched previous emails from Lisa Togami. The secondary email used to set up the phony account was Lisa Togamis personal hotmail address. When questioned by Det. of the NYPD Lisa Togami admitted being behind the phony email.
Lisa Togami was behind the construction of several defamatory profiles posted on Myspace and Facebook. The sole purpose of these profiles were to harass and smear.
On April 2, 2009 Lisa Togami falsely accused Mr. Moon of threatening to kill her brother, Kevin Togami, via text in complaint made with the New York City Police Department. The file was assigned to Detective of the 18th precinct. Det. interviewed both Lisa Togami and Mr. Moon. Lisa Togami was unable to provide any evidence of threatening text messages and the file was closed the same day. In a recorded conversation with Mr. Moon, Detective referred to Lisa Togami as being "full of **** in reference to her complaint."
Lisa Togami falsely stated that Mr. Moon was under investigation by the FBI. In the past Mr. Moon has been a informant to a special agent in the Newark field office of the FBI making it easy to disprove Lisa Togamis false statement. Further a FOIA request to the Dept of Justice shows that Mr. Moon has never been the subject of an FBI investigation.
