He is a squatter, he squats in every apartment he stays at. He has no job, takes advantage of women, lies, cheats, and is a waste of human being.
With his "business" he makes with a variety of fraudulent acts such as scamming aspiring entertainers by pretending to be a representative of AFTRA and charging them to join. Utopia Group is just a made up company of ticket scams, party planning scams, and anything that requires lots of double talking.
In his home life he is a parasite of a tenant disturbing neighbors, writing bounced checks, writing checks from closed bank accounts, property damage, and has no respect for anyone or anything unless it is part of his scam to get money..which he has none of.
In his personal life he is a leech of a friend, borrowing money from women, scrubbing for food from neighbors, double talk double talk double talk. Do not do business with him, do not rent an apartment to him, do not be his friend. In his world he is some sort of respectable business person with Utopia Group as a legitimate company, he most likely believe the lies he tells but sadly he is just a mosquito that sucks money and time from anyone and pisses on himself.

This is an excellent case to review for websites of this sort. Please read the accusation carefully and note the personal tone. This is a case of Libel and not slander. Libel is written defamation. Intentional factual misrepresentations are all that is needed to pursue for Libel. This is excellent example. Please note, there is something that a victim can do to protect themselves. Contact a Libel, Slander, Defamation attorney immediately. Cost will be recoverd in the civil suit.
A: If you are a Ex Fiancee, this is a sad yet humourous attempt to try and demfame someone. Sorry, they may have just needed to pursue their career. If you are the gay (we have no problems with homosexuals) neighbor that sincerely showed jealousy of a current girlfriend calling her a "supermodel b***h" that was "to cool for school" then again, humourous yet sad. They probably are not gay or bi-sexual. We will not use your name for it is up to you to come forward and let the world know who you are. The rants about personal life and friends elude toward having nothing to do with anything more than a bitter and sad person that wanted to be a part of something.
B: Whomever this may be (cause they know not a Miriam) please reveal your true identity. Why hide behind a "questionable website". Be proud of your very odd and strange allegations. Because you cannot take legal action you instead spew your unfounded and petty claims. This is a personal attack. All untrue, Libel charges have been filed regarding this blatant falsity. Luckily you have much of the information incorrect re: locations and contacts, which also leads us to believe you have your wires crossed. One attorney shows this as mistaken identity. Reveal yourself and the company you represent.
C: If your going to try to falsly harm a reputation by publishing it on the web, why waist your time? Legitimatly pursue wrong doers in an upstanding moral manner and not via a website that has the following reputation:

We still would like you to come forward and put yourself on the front page and be proud. It is highly recommended for you to seriously look at yourself and sincerely consider the possible repercussions of your negligence. Mistaken identity or not your methods are juvenille.
